The content of this site — service descriptions, portfolio cases, technologies and processes — is informational. It is not a binding offer or a contract. Any engagement is formalised through a proposal or contract signed in writing by both parties, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, costs and payment terms.

Quotes are prepared from the scope described by the client. They are valid for the period stated in the document and may be adjusted if the scope changes. The initial consultation and the quote are free and carry no obligation to hire.

5. Intellectual property

Of the site

The Geck Codex brand, logo, texts, design and code of this site are the property of Geck Codex. They may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written authorisation.

Of the projects

Ownership of software developed for a client is defined in each project contract, and as a rule transfers to the client once payment is settled in full, except for components, libraries or tools belonging to Geck Codex and third-party software, which are licensed for use within the delivered project.

Unless agreed otherwise, Geck Codex may show the work produced in its portfolio and promotional materials.

6. Portfolio and third-party trademarks

The names, logos and trademarks of clients and technologies shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to illustrate and reference work carried out.

7. External links

The site contains links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, app stores, client sites). Geck Codex does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". While we aim to keep the information complete and up to date, we do not guarantee it is free of errors or that the site will run without interruption. Geck Codex will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Liability for contracted services is governed exclusively by the project contract.
