You do, in your name. We advise you on the purchase, but we do not want to be the middleman for something that should be yours: if you leave one day, you take everything without asking us.

If the fault comes from our code, we fix it for free during the first year, whether or not you hold a maintenance plan. After that year, or if the fault comes from a third-party change or from day-to-day operations, the plan covers it.
Yes. We are in Parral, but anywhere in Chihuahua we come to you at no travel cost: the kickoff and the closing happen face to face, which is how a deal gets closed. We travel outside the state too, it just needs some notice. The day-to-day does run remotely —progress you follow online and WhatsApp—, which is quicker for that.
